This allows for effective local production, resulting in faster access for patients.

Seventy percent of the products we make in Canada are manufactured for export, underlining the role our Canadian operations play in the global business of Bausch Health. We also play an important role here at home. 

We work hard to ensure and build on the quality and excellence of our two Canadian manufacturing sites, through projects such as upgrading serialization technology that enables specific product tracking. Excellence in manufacturing activity ensures supply, which is critical not just for commercial outcomes but also, and more importantly, for patients. For example, we can pivot to produce products in a therapeutic area in our focus to increase supply and provide additional options to patients who rely on treatments to improve their health and lives. Our ability to do this results in better health outcomes for Canadian patients.
